Hello there, visitors. Welcome to my journal, the place where I ramble about the thoughts in my head. To be brief, I am a full-time college junior and part-time student assistant at a genetics lab. My prospective major is Physiology, while my pending minor is Biochemistry. My research interests lie mainly in neuroscience and human biochemical reactions (like what reactions happen when the human eye perceives light/darkness), but unfortunately my experience and obnoxious phobia to mice and rats do not allow me to pursue them.
Like some people, I am a dog owner. My dog is a 5 month old male Chihuahua named Krish. He is an adorable and social puppy, but he can get rather hyper and is almost nerve-wrecking to take care of. Nonetheless, he's worth the (extra) trouble.
Oh yeah, I also think cellular respiration is cool and fangirl about it a lot. I fancy a few animanga series here and there, but I prefer books and videogames (mostly Nintendo franchises, though).
To save you all the trouble (and to be more visually appealing), this section will be in list form. Uh, yay?
Likes: Science, Mathematics, books, dogs, coins, Luna bars, cellular respiration, flutes, pianos, classical music, techno music, naps, the smell at the dentist's office.
Dislikes: History, Humanities, technical writing, rodents, Hindi 'serials,' extremely fanatic fangirls/fanboys, homophobia, sexism, racism, rude customer service, morons in general.
This journal is semi-friends only. Only my personal entries are friend-filtered - anything related to my (limited) fandoms, sites, etc. are available to everyone. I do this because I sometimes get irritating acquaintances in real life bothering me and/or trolls I'd like to bulldozer.
